I have to say I had honestly been really looking forward to Matthew and Elisa's wedding for some time and couldn't wait to get started! I met Matthew and Elisa at the #SalisburyGuildhallWeddingFair a year ago and they seemed to really like my work and we all met for a trial photoshoot the following week where they booked me for their wedding. They were both very relaxed but were really keen on having great photography at the wedding and for the photography to be a real lasting moment of their wedding without it taking over the day itself.
I actually decided to visit the farm the day before the wedding to see the ceremony barn - and I was amazed at all the hard work they had put into transforming the venue - I have never seen so many pumpkins!! But it all looked stunning and having be in regular communication with them both leading up to the day I know it was just as they had planned!
The day itself was perfect (although very bright from a photography point of view) the music performed by #evertidemusic was perfect and the ceremony just what Matthew and Elisa had planned.
After the ceremony we took a large group photo and then went off for photos in the vineyard (#bluestonevineyards) - taking along Doris the VW from #dorisdaysout with us.
Matthew and Elisa then had time to greet their guests before the BBQ and dancing. Once the evening guests arrived the evening was finished off with scores over the fire - freshly flamed marshmallows!
