One of the real privileges of being a family and portrait photographer is that clients often book me year on year and our shoots become even more relaxed, fun and genuine as we get to know each other more. I have photographed Glen, Claire and the girls a few times now and each time is a real pleasure!
The photoshoot was purchased by Glen as a Mother's Day gift and we scheduled it in for the beginning of April - just as the weather started to improve!
We started off with a walk along a path in the woods and found a couple of moss-covered tree stumps which were perfect for some portraits, the girls were great - we did a bit of hide and seek and running races - perfect for getting them relaxed and having fun! We then went back to their house and took photos on the trampoline and swings - perfect! To cap it off we found a fantastic old blue garage door which was a perfect backdrop! - all done in an hour and a half!
